How our Cannabis Delivery Works in Nashville (The Details)

Shop our high quality selection of products online. We try to provide as much information as possible on product pages but highly encourage customers to do their own research. You can also find links to lab reports in the footer of our homepage. 

Add products you want to your cart by selecting product options (like quantity or concentration) and entering your local delivery address. 

We currently deliver to addresses within a 15-mile radius of Nashville. 

Once products have been added to the cart, you’ll be able to see an estimated delivery window, estimated total, edit driver tip, and add a coupon code. 

Checkout

From the checkout page you can double-check products, product options, delivery address, delivery window, add an order note, update driver tip, apply a coupon code, Bud Club Loyalty Reward Code, or gift card. 

Add an order note for your driver that includes building #, apartment #, Gate / Door code, or any other information required for your delivery.

Enter contact information, delivery day & time, then payment information. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

Age Verification

Please note: At this point your order has been received and your payment has been processed. 

We’ve patterned with AgeChecker.Net to provide fast & secure age verification. Age verification happens all on your phone immediately after checkout.  

During this process you will be required to enter your birthday, email / phone number, upload a picture of a valid ID, and a selfie of yourself with your ID. This entire process is encrypted & handled by our industry standard third-party vendor AgeChecker.Net. We do not have access to the photos you upload, only if the verification is a pass or fail.

This process will need to be completed by the person who placed the order & the same person whose name is on the card used. (Name on order, card used, & age verification must all match)

If you run into an issue during the verification process, reach out via text or email and we will manually resend the verification link. 

The Bud Club

If you’re apart of The Bud Club (our free loyalty program) for every eligible purchase you’ll earn one Bud (point) for every dollar spent. You’ll need to use the same email / phone number during checkout that you used to sign up for the points to be automatically added to your account.  

Buds (points) can be redeemed by clicking the “Enroll or Redeem” button on the homepage of our website or “The Bud Club (Rewards)” tab in the footer. Buds redeemed will get you a code to be used at checkout for a dollar amount off the subtotal.  

Delivery

This is where the magic happens. Once your order has been received, it goes into our delivery queue. 

Once a delivery driver is en-route with your order, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS containing real time tracking information. 

You’ll receive photo confirmation once your delivery has been completed. Your driver can also add a delivery note if there’s any specifics you need to know about the delivery placement.

Late Deliveries

Our goal is to deliver your order as soon as safely possible. Our delivery scheduling system is dynamic and takes multiple factors into consideration in an attempt to give you the most accurate delivery window estimate. 

There are multiple factors that could impact your delivery time: 

• Weather
• Traffic 
• Number of other deliveries in queue
• Number of delivery drivers 
• Location of the delivery before yours in queue 
• Opening / Closing time 

Some factors like weather and traffic are outside our control and could cause your driver to be late.
